KENSHIRE UPDATE

Our last year’s update opened the door to the additional duties the Lord had given this ministry. The easiest way to explain what has transpired during this past year is to say that the Lord has moved our tent pegs so far out that we literally can’t see them. We have been given opportunities and received requestes from areas that will not only take the grace of God to get us there, but He will have to show up in a spectacular fashion for us to accomplish what is expected. The KMI team completed three regional trips this past year and after each trip we returned to requests for international trips. This has truly been a year of above and beyond anything we could think or imagine. And it continues with more requests coming in this morning as I am writing this article. We are humbled and in awe at what the Lord has placed before us and according to the prophets we haven’t even seen the tip of the iceberg.

On the home front I reported last year that we almost had to turn guests away, well that time arrived this year. We had overlapping stays requested for Joshua. We have been blessed with a steady flow of God’s generals coming apart to renew and refresh relationships. God has met the need of each individual and they leave with a renewed sense of purpose. I love it when a plan comes together. This leads to what needs to occur for us to accomplish what the Lord is showing us for next year. God has got to show up in a big way and bring lots of people with Him. We have found ourselves in a very blessed situation. As I was reading a newsletter from another ministry yesterday they were of course praying for financial support, I mean that’s how the body of Christ operates isn’t it? Well we don’t, I quit. The God I serve has asked us to do so much that if I broke it down like most ministries my request would honestly sound like this, “If all our partners would just pray and then send us $100,000.00 each then we might be able to do what the Lord asks us to do. What am I saying? The resources we need are much more valuable than money. We need “the church” to become “the church”. We need each and every person that knows that they know, that God has a call on their life, to get up and make a move, step out of the world and step into their proper place in the Kingdom. God has raised the standard and a new day is dawning. No longer do we need to be begging for money, now we need to pray about how to handle the finances that are going to be poured out.

To our faithful partners, our hearts go out to you and we tell you again you share in each and every victory that is given to this team. This past year has been one of the most glorious and we really haven’t even started yet with what the Lord is calling us into. You have truly been advancing the Kingdom and allowing us to accomplish our part. The best is yet to come. I am now personally asking you to make the following a matter of prayer. Pray for our work in India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Israel and this region. Also please include the mission work we sow into in the prisons and in Africa. I would also like to apologize at this time for being lax in keeping you updated, please forgive me. I’m pedaling as fast as I can.
